17-year-old girl found dead under mysterious circumstances in Uruzgan province

Taliban officials in the central province of Uruzgan have reported the discovery of the body of a 17-year-old girl who was stabbed to death in the capital city of Tarinkot on Thursday.

The victim’s identity remains unknown, and her body has been temporarily buried.

The motive behind the murder remains unclear, but the Taliban authorities have stated that they are actively working to identify the perpetrators.

This incident is one of many targeted killings that have occurred in Afghanistan over the past two years since the Taliban regained control of the country. The situation has raised serious concerns over the safety and security of Afghan citizens, particularly women and girls, who have been put under severe restrictions by the Taliban.
