A roadside blast injured at least eight people in the 5th district of Kabul city, the Taliban police in the capital city has confirmed. The blast targeted a vehicle carrying employees of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
The incident took place today in Karte Mamorin area of Kabul’s 5th district, according to Khaled Zadran, spokesman for the Taliban’s police chief in Kabul.
A total of eight people were wounded and taken to hospital, he added.
Health agencies and other sources have not said anything about this blast yet.
So far, no one has claimed responsibility for today’s blast.
ISKP has claimed responsibility for most of attacks and explosions in Afghanistan after the Taliban returned to power.
