An eight-year-old girl was raped on Monday, March 22, in Kabul, a security official told the media, today, Tuesday, March 23.
Ferdous Faramarz, the spokesman for Kabul police, said that the incident took place in Kart-e-Sakhi area of PD3 of Kabul.
The perpetrator, who was a watchman, has been arrested. His case will be sent to the judicial institutions.
