According to him, two individuals identified as Abdul Baqi and Ziauddin lost their lives in the incident, while another person, Abdul Karim, was injured.
The injured person has been transferred to hospital for medical treatment.
No details have been provided about the cause of the collapse.
Weather-related incidents, including heavy rainfall and the deterioration of residential buildings, have frequently led to such deadly accidents in Afghanistan.
Last week, the collapse of a house roof in Oba district of Herat province killed a woman and four children.
