Taliban detains two men and women for alleged elopement in Herat

The Taliban in the western province of Herat’s Zarghun district has arrested two men and two women for extramarital affairs and eloping.  

 In a statement on Saturday, the group’s security command in Herat said that the men and women had confessed to their alleged crimes.
