The Taliban have shot to death a 25-year-old woman in a kangaroo court they held in Adraskan district of the western Herat province, a local official told Kabul Now.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, the local official said that the incident took place on Saturday, May 15, in Galatoot village located two kilometers away from Adraskan district’s center.
