The building of a secondary school in the capital city of southeastern Ghazni province was set on fire by unidentified arsonists on Friday, local Taliban officials confirmed.
The head of the Taliban Education Directorate in Ghazni, Mawlavi Nasir said that the incident happened at midnight on Friday.
Sources told KaulNow that all the equipment, books, and educational materials were burnt as the result.
Local Taliban officials added that the perpetrators of the incident have not been identified yet, but investigations are underway.
