All five-year-sentenced woman inmates who have babies will be released, said the Ministry of Women Affairs in a statement issued today, Tuesday, April 27.
On the occasion of Mujahideen Victory Day, which is marked on April 28 every year in Afghanistan, President Ghani issued a decree to release those women inmates who have babies and are sentenced to five-year imprisonment.
