The National Resistance Front (NRF), an armed anti-Taliban group, has claimed that its fighters launched a rocket attack against the Taliban in Shakardara district of Kabul.
The attack, the NRF claimed, inflicted losses on the Taliban.
In a tweet on Saturday, NRF stated that the attack took place on Friday night targeting a Taliban base located in the Ghaazah Market neighborhood of Shakardara district in Kabul.
“As a result of this operation, heavy casualties were inflicted on the enemy forces, and fortunately, the resistance fighters did not suffer any harm,” the NRF said.
The Taliban has not commented.
