Arrested three days ago by the Taliban in Kabul for unknown reasons, Nasir Khalid’s dead body was delivered to his family today, his brother confirmed via a tweet.
Khushal Nabizada, a former public health director, said:
“Nasir Khalid, my younger brother, was imprisoned three days ago, the reasons for which they have not told us, and today they delivered his dead body.”
The Taliban has not commented.
